Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Round Of Your Life ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Round Of Your Life provides custom golf highlight video editing services. Customers select a raw clip, submit instructions, and receive an edited video produced by our team. The Service is operated at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds once production has begun on your order. If you believe there is a material error with your completed video, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Completed videos will be delivered via email to the address associated with your account. Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
By submitting video footage or instructions, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you provide, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You grant us a limited license to use submitted content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not share, sell, or publish your footage without your consent.
All branding, site design, and original content on this Service are the property of Round Of Your Life. Upon delivery of your completed video, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use that video for personal purposes. Resale or commercial redistribution of delivered videos is not permitted without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Service to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Round Of Your Life and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Round Of Your Life and its owners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment information is processed by Stripe and not stored on our servers.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
